STEP 1: SET THE STAGE-CLEAN HOUSE
First things first, so step 1 is designed to prepare your mind and body for the rest of the program. I kick off the program by showing you how to eliminate and mange mental stress and body toxins. This step includes how to distress your life to clear your mind and a seven-day detoxifying diet to clean up your body. Once you complete this step and get rid of the clutter you will already feel lighter in mind and body.
STEP 2: CONTROL THE FUEL
In this step, you learn to eat in a way that enhances, rather that slows, your metabolism. I explain the best type of fuel for your metabolism and I will show you how to apply this knowledge in a basic eating plan and sample daily menus. I then supply you with extra tips and techniques to help you stay on track. This is not a temporary "diet." Why would I put you on a diet? You are living proof that diets don't work. Rather I give an eating plan that helps melt away fat and restore your metabolism and that you will follow for life to permanently maintain your phenomenal transformation.
